PsySI Occupational Therapy
Where psychiatry, sensory regulation and social interaction needs are met.

Hello! My name is Natassha Annandale.
Welcome to my site!
I am an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in the Poly-vagal theory and sensory-motor regulation.
I work primarily in the field of Mental Health:
it is in working with mental health care users
where I have found that my true passions of
sensory exploration, thinking outside of the box and empowering others blend so beautifully together.
If you have had enough with surviving and
want to THRIVE - this is the place for you!
About me
My journey as an Occupational Therapist has explored many avenues,
but always leads me back to the field of
Mental Health.

I experience sheer excitement when I collaborate with mental health care users in filling their lives with rewarding experiences despite the mood disorders, anxiety, complex trauma, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, somatic symptom disorders, or substance abuse that they may be grappling with.
My interest lies in applying the Polyvagal Theory and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy principles to the understanding of mental health conditions and the often incredibly difficult experiences that my clients share with me.
I find TRE® to be a useful tool to empower clients to shift their neurological states. Pairing this with sensory-motor regulation techniques – my true passion – I have seen incredible shifts in how people learn to regulate their distress and find fulfilment in daily life.
